Nahrawan Complex - Baghdad

 
  • The Nahrawan Housing Complex is a residential compound situated in the city of Baghdad, Iraq. The complex covers a surface area of 71000 m² consisting of 420 apartments in 35 multistory buildings with service buildings including schools, a kindergarten, shops, a mosque, clinics, and an administrative building. The project is developed in joint- venture collaboration with Kling Consult for the State Commission for Housing in Baghdad represented by Hill International. The entire design is accomplished through the BIM system and follows strict NFPA codes for fire and life safety while adhering to AIA, ADA, and POL services.
