The Project Management group provides in-house management skill, allowing LDRS to deliver a cohesive service to clients through the lifecycle of a project –concept > construction > completion. The group’s activities include sub-consultancy, budgeting and cost management, program and resource management, contract management and administration.
The project management group can also provide an independent project-management service, helping clients and multi-disciplinary teams around the world define, plan, monitor and deliver a project on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
Construction Management & Supervision
The construction management group provides in-house expertise to the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from start to finish. The role of the construction management group includes specifying project objectives and scope of work, budgeting, scheduling, allocating, performance requirements, and selecting the project participants.
At LDRS, construction management services focus on maximizing the efficiency of resources through precise procurement of labor, materials, and equipment. All operations are implemented through proper coordination and planning of design, cost estimation, contracting, and finally, construction. The responsibilities LDRS bear in its construction management services essentially fall into 7 categories: project management planning, cost management, time management, quality management, contract administration, safety management and the layout of the CM professional practice.
